Kosovo OSCE mission and police launch campaign against child begging

- OSCE reports on its website that its Mission in Kosovo, together with the police launched a campaign to raise awareness about child rights and to reduce child begging. The posters, tv- and radio spots call on people to not give money to child beggars as it does not help them, only encourages their exploiters.
