Kosovo OSCE says Kosovo courts fail to address divorce, foster child cases

‘SETimes.com’ reports that according to the Legal System Monitoring Section of OSCE rulings in divorce and foster children cases may be in violation of international standards and children’s rights. Peja/Pec District Court judge disputed this criticism.
