Ireland Over 400 children in State care missing

The ‘Irish Times’ reports that 401 children who arrived unaccompanied into Ireland over the past nine years have gone missing from State care. For the first 11 months of 2008, on a total of 291 unaccompanied children referred to the Health Service Executive, 16 have gone missing.
