Romania "Pa-ra-da": A grim but hopeful tale from the streets of Romania

The ‘International Herald Tribune’ highlights a movie featuring a French-Algerian street clown using his circus skills to implement social educative programmes for street children in Romania, during the early 90’s. ‘Pa-ra-da’ is actually screened in an Italian movie festival, in a country where incidents implicating Romanian immigrants have received wide media coverage during the last 18 months.
