UK Paedophiles and rapists win right to wipe their names from register

‘Mail Online’ reports that the Supreme Court ruled that putting paedophiles on the national register for life was ‘disproportionate’ and violating their human rights, which judgement could lead to the rise in the re-examination of individual cases. One of the cases examined involved a then 11-year-old boy, sentenced for rape, who is now 18, but due to the registry he is prevented from foreign travel.
