Moldova PM describes as priority fight against human trafficking

  • ‘Moldpres News Agency’ reports that the Prime Minister chaired the meeting of the national committee for combating human trafficking during which he said fighting and preventing human trafficking is a priority for the new government and he called on authorities to focus not only on figures but also on actions and results. According to reports presented at the meeting, in the first 10 months there were 36 cases of children trafficking (7% less) and 18 cases when children were illegally taken out of the country (63% less).
