UK Police 'ignore' rights of sex trafficking victims

  • The ‘Guardian’ reports that the Equalities and Human Rights Commission is launching an inquiry because it thinks that sexual exploitation of women from overseas are routinely treated as an immigration issue with the women regarded as criminals rather than victims, which constitutes a breach of European and domestic human rights legislation.
