Albania Press monitoring experiences shared with journalists

Tirana, Albania – On the 30th October 2008, the second training for journalists aimed at improving both electronic and printed media professionals’ knowledge on specific child trafficking issues. The training has introduced the recent amendments in the legal framework to combat child trafficking. Experiences of press monitoring in the framework of this project was also presented and discussed with participants. Thank to the previous trainings and journalists existing experience in reporting on child trafficking cases, debate after the presentations fruitfully contributed to the high standard of the training. The journalists also received training certification at the end of the training.
