Romania Priority on visibility in Romania

Bucharest, Romania:MOVE trainers, animators and other stakeholders met in Bucharest on May 6th to discuss the implementation of the project until the end of 2011. Participants discussed the need for creating more visibility for the method in Romania through different actions ranging from public events to advocacy meetings with national decision makers.

People had a very positive vision for what the project could achieve: MGS (Movement Games and Sport) as an optional course at the University Faculty of Sports, MGS being part of primary school curriculum, and as one participant put it, hoping the next Romanians will also be active in the program: “my daughter getting active in MOVE”.
