Bulgaria Roma Children hold the camera

5 Jul 2008 |

  • During 8 months, on the initiative of ‘Malki Tsigani’, a French association and with the help of their cameras, a dozen of Roma children have glanced at the cultural habits of their community in the largest Roma’s district of Sofia, Bulgaria . This unique experience ends up with a collection of fascinating pictures gathered up in a book entitled: “Regards d’enfants” . It is worth saying that the profits made on the sale of this book will help to buy school supplies for deprived students in the district.
