Italy Roma Rights: Italy's Bad Example

Comment : The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) publishes several articles referring to what it calls “the dynamics of anti-Romani policies, practices and sentiments in Italy”. The organization says that even if it is true that problems of Roma are not limited to Italy only, this country represents a unique case because “the Government at its highest levels has made a policy of promoting racial animosity and xenophobia”.
