Romania Romanian children start using drugs at 15-16

‘Nine O’Clock News’ reports that according to a recent study the average age of starting drug use in Romania is 15-16 years, while heroine is the most widely used drug. The study also made the link with HIV/AIDS risks, especially among women in the sex industry, who often start injecting under 18 years of age.
