Switzerland Romanians pack their bags

'La Tribune de Geneve' reports the effects of the announcement of officials from the city and canton of Geneva about a crackdown on beggars. The Swiss newspaper indicates that “in December, they will be expelled unless they can show means of supporting themselves legally – that is, without begging. Romanians appear to be the dominant group of people appearing recently on Geneva streets, a phenomenon that followed Romania’s entry into the European Union.”
