Russia Russian children’s ombudsmen convention in Moscow

‘The Voice of Russia’ reports that protecting rights of adopted Russian children is high on the agenda of a convention of Russian children’s ombudsmen, which kicked off in Moscow on Monday. In a telegram to participants of the convention earlier on Monday, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that standing up for children’s rights remains a top priority of the state and society.
