‘The Budapest Report’ quotes the South African President Jacob Zuma warming foreigners against illicit child abuse and trafficking for begging and other purposes during the World Cup. With less than 19 days left for the first match of the 2010 FIFA Football World Cup, President Jacob Zuma calls “all parents and adults to be extra vigilant around children during our World Cup”.
