Europe School Discrimination Case at the European Court of HR

• The European Court of Human Rights has advised that it has agreed to hear an appeal in a case of ethnic discrimination of children in Croatia. The European Roma Rights Centre and the Croatian Helsinki Committee on behalf of fourteen Croatian children of Roma origin submitted the case to the Court. Lawyer for the children said: “There should be no tolerance for ghetto classrooms, in Croatia or anywhere else in Europe.”
