The whole training was very inter-active, giving space to the trainees to share their experiences, raise debates and discuss their views on specific issues they face during case management. The trainers, professors at Prishtina University with an outstanding professional background in Psychology, offered a theoretical approach on children issues, combining it with practical aspects for specific child issues, which resulted in a very good quality performance of the trainees.
