Europe Sofia mayor wants to employ minors
5 Dec 2008 |
‘Sofia Echo’ reports that the mayor of Sofia wants to employ minors as undercover agents to enforce the 10pm curfew on their peers – if the agency for child protection allows it. Efforts earlier by adult inspectors largely failed – according to the mayor – because they were too conspicuous in the young crowd, so now he wants to try and have peers enforce the curfew in “children discos” on Fridays and Saturdays.
