Switzerland Support for young "sans papiers" grows

• ‘Swissinfo’ reports that there is growing political support to improve the situation of children of illegal immigrants who have spent most of their lives in Switzerland. A Green Party representative filed a motion to allow these youngsters to access professional training beyond their 16th birthday and legal recognition for those born in Switzerland. The government however remains opposed to a mass amnesty.
