Bulgaria Suspect in children's home fatal blast 'commits suicide'

- ‘Sofia Echo’ reports that the person who allegedly participated in the explosion of a children’s home in Kroumovgrad, committed suicide. He was on bail after having paid 500 Leva. The explosion killed three children.
