Sweden Swedish forced marriage laws 'not strong enough'

‘The Local’ reports that according to the Swedish Migration Board’s inquiry, laws against forced marriages are not effective. For example current legislation does not specify that someone who comes to Sweden to marry with a partner must be at least 18. The Board has dealt with five cases concerning child marriages in 2010.
