Switzerland Swiss see 102 new int'l child kidnapping, visiting rights cases

‘Geneva lunch’ reports that 2010 saw 147 cases of children who were ‘kidnapped’ by one parent, or where one parent refused visiting rights to the other. 59 complaints were submitted from Switzerland by a parent trying to gain access to a child outside the country, 42 by parents who were abroad with the child in Switzerland.
