Belarus Terms of children interrogation may be changed in Belarus

‘Telegraf’ reports that the public associations of Belarus together with the prosecutors and the Investigative Committee developed amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code in order to change the terms of questioning of victims and children. The authors of the amendments suggest questioning a child victim only once according to certain standards and laws. They believe that interrogation is best done in a specially equipped room, preferably in a child care center.
