UK Third of abducted children not returned home after a year

- The ‘Guardian’ reports that about a third of the children abducted from England and Wales have not returned home by the end of the year. Statistics reveal that within Europe the countries with the worst return record are Croatia, Serbia and Sweden despite all being signatories to the Hague convention.
