Norway Top human rights expert advocates begging ban

‘The Foreigner’ reports that the Council of Europe’s Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) suggested that begging be banned in Norway to avoid the coercion and exploitation of victims. According to her, criminal groups follow the legislation of different countries and exploit loopholes.
