Russia Trafficked and unsheltered

‘Russia Profile’ comments on the trafficking situation in Russia – after the publication of the US TIP report. It points out that there is no Action Plan to fight trafficking in human beings and the *Russian state fails to fund shelters for trafficking victims. After foreign donors pulled out of their financing, NGO-run centers are forced to shut down.
