Germany Troubled teens 'sent to Siberia'

‘BBC’ – in a video – reports that Germany is sending young offenders to Siberia participate in a program that is aimed at providing troubled teens with hard work, responsibility and little communication. Professionals hope that the program is keeping them out of trouble for the future.
