Albania UN - Development tops Migiro’s talks with top Albanian officials

‘ISRIA’ reports that UN Deputy Secretary-General visited Albania to discuss the country’s fulfilment of the Millennium Development Goals. She met with the Albanian speaker of Parliament and praised her for her role in combating domestic violence and extending women’s and children’s rights. Albania is one of eight countries where UN programs “deliver as one” mainly in social inclusion and education.
