Eastern Europe / CIS UNICEF: Young of Central Asia and Eastern Europe suffering Blame and Banishment

UNICEF announced its new publication “Blame and Banishment”, on the underground HIV epidemic in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. It found that existing health and social services are not accessible for the most at risk youth (e.g. drug users) who are often exposed to stigmatization and re-criminalization, rather than treatment.
