Kosovo Put the finger on your head before the intimacy with a stranger!

Comment: The International Day against HIV/AIDS is reflected in some daily newspapers in Kosovo.

The article is selected in the press review because, except some brief statistical information relating to the situation of the spreading of the disease in Kosovo, there is little information which would sensitize the audience.

The article provides brief information about the engagement of the government in this aspect, as well as inform on a 6 million Euro donation from Global Health Fund to the government which will enable improved fight against this disease.

The article does not provide information on the disease and the factors that influence the spreading of the disease over Kosovo. Neither the different ways of infection and prevention are mentioned. The article lacks the information about the supportive institutions offering services (health institutions and private clinics), as well as types of services that may be offered, as: counseling, testing, prevention measures, etc. All this information would serve as sensitizing means for the audience, also by increasing the courage to all those that hesitating to be tested.
